Project Update Presentation

The Division of Planning shared the presentation attached with the Planning Commission Zoning (Sub) Committee on December 4, 2025. This presentation shares results from the plan’s community engagement so far, an update on the existing conditions analysis, a set of project goals to guide the remainder of the process, and a draft approach to defining the downtown area.

Please note: This project is a work in progress! The final plan will not be complete until Summer 2026. If you have feedback or concerns about any of the project updates, you can attend a public meeting in early 2026 or contact the project team directly.
