Lexington’s Unhoused Population Report
Following an initial effort to capture student perspectives through surveys and community events, a consistent theme emerged: the importance of the unhoused population in shaping the downtown experience. Lilly Bramley from CivicLex and Boyd Sewe from LFUCG approached this topic with care and intentionality, conducting a series of interviews with individuals who are either directly involved in supporting the unhoused community or who have lived experience of being unhoused. The report below details the process, findings, interviews, and recommendations.
